Análisis jurídico de las sociedades de hecho en la legislación ecuatoriana

Abstract

This scientific article addresses objective conceptualizations regarding the nature of de facto societies and their legal situation within the normative system of the Ecuadorian State, since this model of society is widely used within commercial or civil traffic for the generation of income. . However, throughout the development of the work, the various characteristics that differentiate this class of companies from any other that have full legal personality are evident. These significant results enrich the knowledge of Ecuadorian society and help prevent the commission of crimes or, in turn, the effects that may arise among de facto partners, third parties or against the State. All the variety of information was acquired through the application of methodological techniques based on documentary compilation and through the application of the interview technique, resulting in a relevant investigation.
