Los derechos de la familia transnacional en la legislación ecuatoriana e internacional

Abstract

This scientific article is aimed at defining what concerns the transnational family and its rights. Although it is true, the Ecuadorian State, together with International Organizations, are in charge of working through national and international legislation, to safeguard the rights of these families; In practice, the exact opposite is evident, since good management is needed in the management of Organizations or Institutions in charge of watching over and protecting these families that make up a migratory group, and also, the creation of regulations that protect in a way direct and effective to the transnational family in specific.
