Resumen : In Ecuador, according to the National Council for the Equality of Disabilities (CONADIS) in 2017, 47.61% of the children under the age of eight with a severe and mild visual disability need to participate in their first years of life. in learning dynamically and playfully, with tools that adequately strengthen the areas or particular skills that require early intervention. Thus, the need arises to create a didactic tool taking into account the aesthetic part, the requirements of the product, the materials of the medium and with a lower cost based on the information collected. The same that supports the fine motor skills of children with blindness or decrease visual through the creation of playful games that strengthen the cognitive, auditory and psychomotor development, strengthening mainly the learning of the vowels, the braille language through touch and auditory learning through a programming established for it. An own and objective methodology is developed, based on five methods by relevant designers such as: Bruno Munari, Jorge Frascara, Christopher Jones, Bruce Archer and Gui Bonsiepe, taking ten important points to make a product feasible for the user, proposing an in-depth investigation, analysis, projection and development of it with defined times. The results obtained with the programs Computer Aided Design programs (CAD), expose that a resistant design can be created, delimiting its geometry and resistance of materials, integrating a programming for teaching - learning of the same, helping the stimulation of the ear, it also includes geometric figures with colors to stimulate the motricity. It’s concluded that the stimulation of blind children is important at early ages for the development of cognitive skills and abilities, the manipulation of different shapes, textures, sizes help in the perception of the environment and the stimulation of the ear that will serve for the inclusion in the society and the development by themselves. Through the validation of this Project is obtained that the children perceive a different enviroment getting another type of entertainment for a better learning and development of their motor skills, offering a comprehensive education.
