Abstract: The present titration work develops the analysis of the design of a management system, based on processes for the production area of the following textile microcompanies of Ibarra: Confecciones Mayte, Fábrica El Cisne and Rigortex; with the objective of exercising a follow-up and control over the elaboration of its products and achieving improved productivity. Next, the structure of the work is presented and briefly described, as a summary, each of the chapters: In the first chapter, the theoretical foundation of the textile industry, its process-based management, its quality control methodologies and management and productivity indicators are captured. The second chapter refers to the diagnosis of micro-enterprises, here the primary and secondary information is analyzed, the characterization and the production processes are drawn up for each case of study; generating the necessary information for the design and standardization of the process-based management system. The third chapter presents the design of the management system based on processes for the production area of the three textile micro-enterprises, proposal for quality control and indicators; which provide solutions to productive problems through the methodology of the Deva PHVA Cycle. Finally, it is proposed: conclusions and recommendations regarding the study and analysis of this research, which will contribute to the productivity of textile microenterprises.
Description: El presente trabajo de titulación desarrolla el análisis del diseño de un sistema de gestión, basado en procesos para el área de producción de las siguientes microempresas textiles de Ibarra: Confecciones Mayte, Fábrica El Cisne y Rigortex; con el objetivo de ejercer un seguimiento y control sobre la elaboración de sus productos y lograr mejorar la productividad. A continuación, se presenta la estructura del trabajo y se describe de forma breve, a manera de resumen cada uno de los capítulos: En el primer capítulo se plasma la fundamentación teórica sobre la industria textil, su gestión basada en procesos, sus metodologías de control de calidad e indicadores de gestión y de productividad. El segundo capítulo se refiere al diagnóstico de las microempresas, aquí se analiza la información primaria y secundaria, se elabora la caracterización y el levantamiento de procesos de producción para cada caso de estudio; generando la información necesaria para el diseño y estandarización del sistema de gestión basado en procesos. El tercer capítulo presenta el diseño del sistema de gestión basado en procesos para el área de producción de las tres microempresas textiles, propuesta de control de calidad e indicadores; los cuales aportan soluciones a los problemas productivos a través de la metodología del Ciclo PHVA de Deming. Finalmente se plantea: conclusiones y recomendaciones referentes al estudio y análisis de la presente investigación, que aportara a la productividad de las microempresas textiles.
