Resumen : Invasive advertising is characterized by interrupting and annoying users when they observe other content. On the Internet, there are different ways of doing invasive advertising because it appears through the use of formats such as banners, pop-ups, layers or spam. However, in social networks, they arise differently. This is based on big data, which favors the existence of a large number of unnecessary ads and therefore, is considered intrusive. In context, this research aims to analyze the behavior of audiences against the invasive advertising found on the social network Facebook. It’s important to study the behavior of millennials by determining rejection behaviors or the consumption of invasive advertisements found in the social network. For the analysis of the present study, mixed methodology and methodological triangulation were used for the collection of the information in which content analysis was first performed, a sample of 300 advertisements was established and variables and values were determined and then studied. Next, a survey was applied to the millennial generation of ibarreña from 19 to 34 years old. The purpose of applying this instrument was obtain behavioral behaviors against invasive advertisements. Finally, interviews were conducted with experts in advertising to have a professional perspective on invasive advertising and how millennials receive such ads. The existence of invasive advertising on Facebook was established. This due to the strong presence of companies of all types that are being promoted. As a result, from the aforementioned, a large percentage of millennials don’t feels so comfortable with the emergence of unnecessary advertising. However, there’s also minority of millenary youth who feel satisfied with advertising content that appears on the social network because they assimilate it with their preferences.
Descripción : La publicidad invasiva se caracteriza porque interrumpe y molesta a los usuarios cuando observan otros contenidos. En internet son diferentes las maneras de hacer publicidad invasiva porque esta aparece mediante el empleo de formatos como banners, pop ups, layers o el spam. Sin embargo, en redes sociales surgen de forma distinta. Esta se basa en el big data, lo cual favorece para que exista una gran cantidad de anuncios innecesarios y por ende, se consideran intrusivos. En contexto, la presente investigación pretende analizar el comportamiento de las audiencias frente a la publicidad invasiva que se encuentra en la red social Facebook. Es importante estudiar el comportamiento de los millennials determinando conductas de rechazo o consumo de anuncios invasivos que se hallan en la social network. Para el análisis del presente estudio se utilizó metodología mixta y triangulación metodológica para la recolección de la información en el que primero se realizó un análisis de contenido, se estableció una muestra de 300 anuncios y se determinaron variables y valores que luego se estudiarían. Seguidamente se aplicó una encuesta a la generación millennial ibarreña de edades entre 19 a 34 años. La finalidad de aplicar este instrumento fue la obtención de conductas de comportamiento frente a los anuncios invasivos. Finalmente, se realizaron entrevistas a expertos en publicidad para tener una perspectiva profesional acerca de la publicidad invasiva y como los millennials receptan los anuncios de ese tipo. Se estableció la existencia de publicidad invasiva en Facebook. Esto se debe a la fuerte presencia de empresas de todo tipo que se encuentran promocionándose. A consecuencia, de lo mencionado anteriormente un gran porcentaje de millennials no se sienten tan a gusto con la aparición de publicidad innecesaria. Sin embargo, existe también una minoría de jóvenes milenarios que se sienten conformes con el contenido publicitario que aparece en la red social porque la asimilan con sus preferencias.
